AIR QUALITY
How clean is the air with HPM ?
With HPM installed by it is possible by using a calibrated particle counter to assess with accuracy the air quality. It can be measured at the exhaust of the mist collector with following typical results:
= > 0,5 mg/m3 with base HPM configuration
= > 0,1 mg/m3 with additional HEPA filter module

Fiberglass Media to eliminate fine mist with 99 % Efficiency (AFNOR 44-060). The filter cartridge is plastic made. Light and easy to dispose. Specific versions available for emulsion and for neat OIL.
OPTIONAL HEPA FILTER
To eliminate vapors and or dry smoke.
PREFILTER SECTION
Effective opening system on linear guide for easy and direct access.
Standard washable Metallic mesh cell to stop grease and metal chips and one cell available for emulsion and/or for neat OIL.
MULTI INLET SIDE
5 inlet possibilities to match every possible installation need.
Vertical or on each of the 4 sides thanks to the innovative rotating logic.
DETACHABLE RAILS
To allow different possible installation points on the machine tool.

ExoClean S and M is a mobile filtration booth that allows for the safe blowing of oily parts. The drained oil is conveyed into a collection compartment/drawer while the filtered air is released into the environment. Equipped with a compressed air gun.
ExoClean HEPA S is the evolution of the mobile filtration cabinet, designed to ensure maximum safety during deburring of oily parts. It integrates a HEPA H13 filtration system with dedicated pressure gauges and an inverter that allows for air flow regulation, improving energy efficiency.
